Back to School Event/Sale!

Seeing as it's that time of year again, we thought it was only appropriate to run a Back to School Event! This is actually TWO events in one combined with a 2-part Premium Item Shop Sale!

First, let's talk about the events. These events will run from September 2nd to September 15th!

Back to School Drop Event Details:

Masquerpets throughout Madrigal will be dropping Roanin's Magic Level Boxes. This box has a chance to contain ONE of the following:

1x Azria Ticket (15 days)
1x Azria Ticket (7 days)
1x Extra Bag
2x Scroll of Amplification ES (S)
3x Scroll of Resurrection
3x Scroll of Blessing
3x Scroll of Reversion
10x Scroll of Sprint (This is basically a Scroll of Velocity, minus the jump height)
8x Hot Ddukguk
8x Fresh Ddukguk
8x Sweek Ddukguk

Back to School Leveling Event Details:

Only newly created characters on any account will be eligible for the rewards in the Back to School Leveling Event.

IMPORTANT NOTE: While leveling during this event, these items will not be gifted automatically! They will be gifted to the characters that achieved this level during the event while we undergo maintenance on September 15th!

ANOTHER IMPORTANT NOTE: All items are non-event.

* Level 20: Yellow School Bag
* Level 40: FLY, FOR, and FUN cards (3 each).
* Level 60: gPotato Balloon
* Level 80: Blue School Bag and Blue Armored Tigar!


Yellow School Bag:
This School Bag has a chance to contain one of the following 3 items:

* 1x Sword Board
* 1x Scroll of Private Custody
* 2x Scroll of Sprint


gPotato Balloon:
A Balloon sporting the gPotato logo, which grants 200 additional HP for 5 days.

Blue School Bag:
This School Bag has a chance to contain one of the following 3 items:

* 1x Plug Earring +14
* 1x Scroll of Selected Party
* 1x Scroll of Sprint



Back to School Sale!

The Back to School Sale will run for 2 weeks, from September 2nd to September 15th. One important note, is that next week, the sale will be updated with new items!

This week in the Cash Shop: 3 New Premium Clothing Sets and 3 New bundles!

* Gothic Sets (Female and Male)
* Harbor/Skipper Sets (Female and Male respectively)
* Yukata 2009 Sets (Female and Male)
* School Uniform Set (M) (This is the Uniform Set)
* School Uniform Sailor Blue Set (F) (This is the Blue Sailor (F) Set)
* Back to School Bundles in 3 sizes!

the new character event is pretty suckish, but the drop event is nice. I might start leveling a nab 1v1 with pro gear and party skills just for the drop rate they tend to have.

Note: Event Drops tend to be based on what seems to be an iph (items per hour) based on the channel.

IE, channel 1 and 3 have 900 people grinding. The iph for the event is set to, let say, 100. That means that there is a 1/9th chance of you getting a single box on channel 1 and 3. But on channel 4, there is only, say, 50 people grinding. That means that there is a 200% chance of you getting a box every hour (meaning you get two).

Those numbers are purely fiction, but that's how the system works. If you wanna farm the boxes, which are VERY nice, I would go to channel 2 or 4 with Gift Box.

And the sale is pretty gay. They butchered the Gothic Outfit (M) [but female is smexy, as always].. the new sailor sets are cool... but the rest of the sale is pure bs.

Sucks that the people who actually go to school cant get on to get boxes because theyll be at school. >.>

I only have 2 things to say.

1) Lame that the level event is only for new characters.

2) OMFG I got the Warlord set because I figured they wouldn't release the Goth sets for a long time, and what do they do?!?!?! Raaaaaaaaaaaaaaaaawr!
